Project Overview - Hastings Flat Refurbishment

We recently completed a full refurbishment of a three-bedroom flat in Hastings, delivered as a fast-turnaround project for a client looking to flip the property quickly. Although we’re not based in Hastings, our team was more than willing to make the journey, put in the hours, and work late nights to get the job done efficiently and to a high standard. The property was in extremely poor condition when we arrived, and it needed a lot of attention to bring it up to scratch. We installed a brand new kitchen and bathroom, laid new carpets throughout, and redecorated the entire flat. All the walls and existing woodwork were painted in crisp white, giving the space a bright, clean, and modern look without the need to strip back the original features. Despite the challenges, we completed the refurbishment on time and left the client with a property that was ready for market — a great result all round.
